Durabuilt Wall Systems was established for the manufacturing of pre-engineered panels now being made at our head office and plant in Greely, Ontario, Canada.

It was a natural progression since Durabuilt Construction Inc. was and still is to this day involved with structural stud and EIFS work on many successful projects.

Durabuilt panels are custom designed and manufactured for your requirements on any size project and can be shipped and installed virtually any where with any type of climate. Winter or summer, hot or cold, across North America or across the oceans, Durabuilt panels can be made to suit your project needs.

 Durabuilt panels are manufactured under a controlled shop environment with high levels of quality control, which results in a superior product.  Being in a controlled environment you are also assured of a better product because extreme weather conditions will not affect the outcome of the panel in appearance and schedules are easier to control.

Since the panels are made in our shop, they can be manufactured even before foundations or main building structures are started.  This allows for the panels to be ready for installation as soon as required on site, which usually is a very fast and productive task, compared to on site construction.  The building envelopes get closed in immediately which allows other trades to finish their work a lot sooner than conventional construction.  The lightweight of these panels also make them easy to install and reduce  the over designed structural requirements needed by other building materials.

Increased cost effectiveness and energy efficiencies.

When EIFS is used with the construction of Durabuilt Panels, the insulation board on the exterior of the building reduces thermal bridging, air and moisture penetration and any thermal shock, which results in a very stabilized interior for the building.  Yearly saving can be benefited with the elimination of any cold or heat penetrating the building envelope  .

Unlimited design potential.

Durabuilt Panels can be used for almost any application and design.  They can be designed to be load bearing where trusses, other panels, or flooring systems can be placed on top. Examples of this application would be typical housing construction, removable school portables and storage buildings.

They can be used in places of other panel systems such as precast concrete, which are usually twice the cost and 4 to 5 times the weight.

With the use of EIFS many desirable looks can be achieved adding minimal costs and weight to the panels but still getting rich designs and textures that add value to the building or home.
