Durabuilt Structural Panel is a lightweight structural steel stud panel with welded stud connections, approved sheathing material, and a finished cladding system such as EIFS, siding, veneer materials or coatings as desired.  These panels are shipped to the site and bolted, screwed or welded to the building structure as per specifications.  They weigh approximately 6 to 7 pounds per square foot.  It is ideal for new and renovation type construction             .

Durabuilt Lite-Weight Panel is the lightest of the prefab panels weighing approximately 1.5 pounds per square foot. They are constructed using an EIF System and metal stiffening channels recessed to the back of the panel.  These channels aid in the installation of the panel.  It also acts as stiffening and attaching component for the panel.  This panel is great for retrofits due to the ease of installationonexisting buildings without disrupting everyday operations or business.  They are attached to the building with adhesive and mechanical fasteners depending on the substrate.

Durabuilt Lite-Metal Panel is a multi component panel system assembled to size.
It consists of a metal pan substrate, closure channels and an EIF System with other possible finishing options such as building material veneers or other cladding products depending on the desired finish.  It weighs approximately 2.5 pounds per square foot depending on the finish and is attached to the building structure by mechanical fasteners or by welding.  In an industrial type application where interior finishing is not a great concern, the inside exposed panel can act as your finish wall or can be painted.  This lowers finishing costs, which usually are an expensive component of construction.
